One of the most surprising things that businesses find when they go for the Bcorp certification is how much it raises the bar for their organisation. You can imagine how doing things better for customers, your people, your processes makes an impact on your results that is quantifiably making a difference to your P and L. They may have started the process because they want the "B" - for marketing, for recognition, for tenders, to define their purpose, for positioning - and then they realise what it has done for their people, customers and profit.

The new standards (released in April 2025) are a step up. This session will have a dual purpose - to learn more about the new standards and provide a reflection and action planning session for your business.
